HR Solutions, LLC seeks a diligent and knowledgeable Risk
Management and Safety Director to lead our Safety Department.
Client relations drive our business, so we are looking for an
energetic, positive person that can ensure the needs of our clients
are met or exceeded.
Provides worksite safety and training services in which Risk
Management and Safety Department assists the client with regulatory
compliance by monitoring the client’s operations for compliance
with the appropriate regulatory safety entity.
Provides client with recommended corrective actions regarding
any compliance issues.
Provide client with basic health and safety manuals or update
existing safety manuals as needed.
Conduct onsite safety meetings designed to better educate and
inform client employees on procedures for handling potential
hazards in the workplace.
Conduct required and specialized OSHA training and assistance
with safety audits.
Conduct periodic safety audits including an internal review of
policies/procedures; online recordkeeping; and a facility
walkthrough assessing the entire facility for compliance with OSHA,
National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) and other regulatory
agencies as required by the regulatory agency or the client.
Handle recordkeeping for clients where applicable. Track
incidents to ensure that DART (Days Away Restricted Transfer) days
are properly recorded. Submit regulatory reports to applicable
agencies (e.g., BLS, OSHA, Louisiana Workforce commission).
Assist client with administration of Worker’s Compensation by
reporting workplace injuries to client’s Worker’s Compensation
carrier and acting as a liaison between the claims adjuster and the
employee regarding bills and return to work. All injury information
is provided to HRS from the client.
Assist with Louisiana Worker’s Compensation audits held at

Conduct post-accident investigations consisting of, at a
minimum, thorough interviews of involved parties willing to
participate, compilation of incident information, root cause
analysis, and recommendations for corrective action.

B.A. / B.S. in a related field preferred
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification preferred
5 or more years of experience in Safety in a management role
Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a
