Job Description:
The ETL Developer 2 develops custom import packages to Extract,
Transform, and Load (ETL) data sets into the Enterprise Data
Warehouse and other repositories. Provides data analysis,
validation, data modeling, and data warehouse design in accordance
with enterprise standards and best practices.This individual must
develop a deep understanding of the data, its use, and the
structure of source and target systems, as a member of the Epic
Data Warehousing Team reporting directly to the Manager of Business
Intelligence.Job Summary* Analyze and document healthcare datasets
and databases.* Map external datasets to new or existing structures
in the Enterprise Data Warehouse in accordance with established
standards and conventions.* Create extract, transform, load (ETL)
solutions to move and maintain data, with diligent data validation
procedures to ensure accuracy and data integrity.* Contribute to
the ongoing development of data architecture and data models.*
Ensure security, integrity, and privacy of FMOLHS data in
conjunction with FMOLHS policies and procedures.* Strive to promote
the quality and efficiency of job performance by remaining current
with the latest trends in field of expertise through participation
in job-relevant seminars and workshops, attendance at professional
conferences, and affiliations with national and state professional
organizations.Minimum Requirements & Education* 5 years experience
in data integration, reporting, data modeling or data
visualization, including SQL and SSIS.* Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or Statistics can
replace 2 years of experience.* High School Diploma or equivalent*
Experience in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
