--ES Construction Safety Tech Role, Responsibilities and ExpectationsPurpose This document is intended to provide clarity with regards to the job description for the subject role.Role Purpose To lead project execution for Capital and Expense projects managed by Engineering Solutions. The ES-Construction Safety Tech provides technical safety planning and oversight of construction projects. Monitors construction contractor performance to ensure excellence in the safe execution of construction work. This Role Description Owner is the Regional ES-Construction Leader.Requirements--The following education, certification, and experience requirements shall be:Education and Certifications---- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Occupational Safety or equivalent disciplinepreferred.-- A Safety and Health Certificate (15 credit hours minimum) from anaccredited college-- A Safety and/or health certification through the American Board of IndustrialHygiene and/or the Board of Certified Safety Professional and/or The WorldSafety Organization-- High School Education and Five years of Construction safety experience--Qualifications-- Excellent knowledge of construction safety practices and willingness toenforce those practices.-- Familiar with a variety of construction field's concepts, practices andprocedures.-- Strong leadership ability-- Excellent communication skills.-- Demonstration of the ability to solve problems and make decisions at a taskforce level.-- Planning and organizational talent.-- Adaptable to changes.-- Strong initiative and able to work with very little oversight.Why Kelly--?Your engineering skills are in demand, but how do you find the right fit?
