The primary responsibility of the position is to help grow profits by maintaining steady relationships with existing customers and striving to land new ones. As an Agency Account Coordinator, you will build strong relationships with all customers by providing support for their account needs Responsibilities: Maintain client accounts Preparing and maintain service-related documents Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of company culture, products/services, and communication plans Proactively communicate with clients daily in a professional, efficient manner Attend to the needs of the client and continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Problem solving skills to help clients who may experience issues Ability to think creatively Strong organizational and multitasking skills A strong administration background Excellent written and verbal communication Minimum Qualifications: Valid Driver---s License Reliable/Personal Transportation Pass a criminal background check Computer, desktop, or tablet Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Company Description Pinnacle Financial is a regional agency serving Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Michigan.
