Millwright - Night Shift (Jones Lumber - Natchez) Natchez, MS 39120, USA Req #124 Tuesday, April 5, 2022 Jones Lumber Company is currently seeking qualified Millwright to join their Natchez, MS Industrial Sawmill Operations team.The mission of the Jones Lumber Millwright team is to create value by safely troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all equipment maximizing uptime, quality, and productivity. This is accomplished by a thorough understanding of safe work practices and the troubleshooting and maintenance of all mill equipment. Responsibilities Perform Preventative Maintenance as scheduled Install, Transfer or Repair machinery with the proper tools and equipment Routinely inspect Mill machinery to ensure that it is in proper running order Report any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor with a plan to repair or replace Follow all area and machine specific safety regulations and wear all required personal protective equipment Follow all other safety regulation as set forth by company Complete all daily reports as assigned by supervisor Additional tasks as they are assigned by members of management.
