Work Location:+ Fully Remote - U.S. Position: The Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program and managing reporting outcomes as it relates to Member Engagement activities. Also, ensures that Member Engagements CQI initiatives are focused and aligned with stakeholders related to improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness. Core Responsibilities:+ Demonstrate knowledge of Quality Improvement skills related to program and products+ Significant experience in driving, development, and implementation of operational policy through strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders groups aligning with business objectives+ Proficient problem-solving skills and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to break down a problem into the most critical parts, define assumptions, facilitate good decision making and determining root cause+ Proven ability as a self-starter with excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to prioritize work tasks for effective outcomes while executing within tight deadlines+ Strong motivational, written, oral, presentation and communication skills+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate and achieve results via interpersonal and influencing skills while interacting with and adapting to varied audiences, from front line through leadership+ Demonstrated customer focus, making internal and external customer satisfaction a priority with the ability to prioritize and manage a broad range of complex initiatives+ Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PPT+ Ability to develop concise data summaries and translate into consumable information Requirements:+ Bachelors degree in Business or a related field+ 5+ years of business operations experience (call center, enrollment, billing, payment processing, or similar operations) in a healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications:+ 3+ years experience of Outcomes Management, CQI, or project management+ Quality certifications (CQIA)+ Experience with high-level working knowledge of principles, practices, and operations, in the Healthcare industry+ Formal training or certification in continuous process improvement (i.e. Lean Management, Six Sigma) Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:+ General office demands Travel:+ 0 to 10% travel to business meetings.+ Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement. #HealthcareTechnologyJobs #IWork4CHNG #ChangeHealthcareCareers#HiringNow #RemoteWork#MarketingJobs#LI-remote Diversity and Inclusion: At Change Healthcare, we include all.
