Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION: Responsible for marketing/branding priorities of the organization. Manages marketing strategy of the organization according to organization, programs, and projects/events. Support the consistent management of an organizational brand across all internal and external activities. Manage the social media and communications of all Mid City Groups and identified contributing partners. Assist with annual fundraising campaign. Supervise all assigned direct reports.

1. Core Job Function: Prepares and execute annual marketing and outreach strategy according to organization and existing programming needs.

2. Core Job Function: Performs partner relations function at high quality and effectiveness based on the scope of work agreed upon.

3. Core Job Function: Promotes a positive public relations image and brand for the organization through social media management, communications, and outreach presence.

4. Core Job Function: Acts as Mid City Groups liaison for Mid City events, projects and communities.

5. Core Job Function: Lead Outreach efforts and campaign for targeted communities and audience.

6. Core Job Function: Supports Executive Director with brainstorming and planning annual fundraising campaign(s).

7. Core Job Function: House and develop all marketing, outreach, branding and communication tools and resources.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Prior social media management and marketing experience required.
* Efficiency in graphic design, photography, and other resources and tools.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Public relations experience required.
