This position does have a Full-time, 8 AM-5 PM, one-year service term.

Position Description: As the Tool Lending Coordinator, the AmeriCorps member will operate and maintain the flow of MCRA's Tool Lending Library and Mobile Community Maker trailer. The AmeriCorps member will receive orders for supplies and tools, verify items are in-stock, and assist in pick-up and drop-off process. The AmeriCorps member will be accessible to potential borrowers through phone and emails. The AmeriCorps member will need to engage in outreach efforts to encourage potential borrowers, residents and organization members to learn more about the program and tool utilization. The AmeriCorps member will need to conduct quarterly inventory counts, and missing and needed inventory for Tool Lending Library and Mobile Community Maker. The AmeriCorps service duties will include: Inventory Management, Manage borrowing system and flow, Basic maintenance of warehouse tools, and management of Mobile Community Maker trailer. Assist with tool and repair workshops.

Requirements:
* Ability to lift 50-100-pound items
* Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
* Ability to work with customers
* Computer literate
