serves as a critical resource in supporting, managing and driving
strategic projects and initiatives that support the goal of
improving quality of care and service to our Medicare Advantage
membership, and maintaining a 4.0+ Medicare Star rating for the
organizations Medicare Advantage contracts. Working closely with
the Medicare Star analytical team, this position is responsible for
supporting the oversight and monitoring of the Medicare Star
ratings program. This position works within the Medicare Star
Department team and collaborates with analysts and other internal
departments to provide consultative support, insight and guidance
on the overall strategic direction and opportunities for the
Medicare Start ratings program.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as a critical resource and subject matter expert in
supporting, monitoring, managing and driving strategic projects and
initiatives for the organizations Medicare Star ratings program.

- Works to ensure the organization meets the overall Medicare
Star rating objective for each Medicare Advantage/Prescription Drug
Plan contract. (25%)
- Leads diverse teams in matrix organizations to achieve desired
Medicare Star rating outcomes. (15%)
- Builds strong cross-functional relationships to implement
Medicare Star strategies; consults with and influences business
partners at various levels within and outside the organization.

- Collaborates with other departments to assure activities and
strategies align with Medicare Star ratings. (5%)
- Collaborates with the Pharmacy department to assure pharmacy
strategy alignment with Medicare Star Ratings. (5%)
- Works collaboratively with the clinical analytic team and Star
measure coordinators/owners in monitoring Medicare Star performance
and determining approach to address identified quality issues.

- 3 years in Improvement, Project Management, Program
Development, Member Services, Product Development or Marketing

requirements.Pay Range Minimum:$57,700.00Pay Range
Maximum:$106,700.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors
including a candidates qualifications, experience, and expected
contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and
business considerations. The displayed salary range does not
