contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives in our
digital transformation journey.This position will be responsible
for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of
best-in-class software experiences. The candidate is a
self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and
across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the
software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards in
order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience. The
candidate will be adept with the agile software development
lifecycle and DevOps principles.**Essential Responsibilities:**+
Provide administrative configuration support for the tGRC
ServiceNow IRM Platform.+ Engage with internal clients to gather
technical and non-technical requirements to ensure a successful
product delivery in an agile environment.+ Design, develop, test,
operate and maintain the Technology and Information Security risk
solutions on the ServiceNow IRM Platform.+ Take full stack
ownership by consistently writing production-ready and testable
configuration.+ Consistently creates optimal design adhering to
architectural best practices; considers scalability, reliability
and performance of systems/contexts affected when defining
technical designs.+ Make sound design/configuration decisions while
keeping customer experience in the forefront.+ Take feedback from
configuration review and apply changes to meet standards. Conducts
configuration reviews to provide guidance on engineering best
practices and compliance with development procedures.+ Accountable
for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance
and security best practices.+ Embrace emerging technology
opportunities and contributes to the best practices in support of
the bank's technology transformation.+ Contribute to a culture of
innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.+ Reviews
tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately prioritized and
sized for incremental delivery. Anticipates and communicates
blockers and delays before they require escalation.**Basic
Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience+
Four + years of relevant experience**Required Experience**+
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification+ 3+
years' experience performing ServiceNow application configuration.+
JavaScript skills for SN Scripting (Client Scripts, UI Policies,
Business Rules, Script Includes)+ Experience configuring ServiceNow
features, the users impacted, the flows impacted and feature's
purpose.+ Intermediate understanding of algorithms and data
structures+ Adept with Agile software development lifecycle and
DevOps principles+ Able to communicate processes and results within
the ServiceNow tool with all parties involved in the product team,
including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party
vendors and customers.+ Extensive technical troubleshooting
experience+ Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical
thinking skillset+ Professional communication and interpersonal
skills+ Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management/Governance Risk
Management (GRC)**Preferred Skills/Experience**+ 2-3 years of
ServiceNow IRM experience+ API development experience+
Understanding of Operational Risk Programs+ Advanced Microsoft 365
proficiency - specifically Excel+ Understanding of Technology &

.The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location,
which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ
based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank
offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and
recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and
pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay
Range: $92,480.00 - $108,800.00 - $119,680.00Due to legal
