Job Description:

SUMMARYPerforms highly specialized tasks relating to the processing and reporting of all daily international payments transactions and provide telephone support for customers, service vendors and other internal departments. Researches and assists in responding to any problems that customers encounter with International Payments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:- Process international wires, review and take appropriate action for any exceptions- Properly document all manual international wire transfers with initials, time stamps, etc.- Process foreign currency orders per Respondent's instructions- Process foreign currency shipments per Respondent's instructions- Process foreign cash letter items per Respondent's instructions- Process foreign collection items per Respondent's instructions- Process foreign return items- Process foreign drafts per Respondent bank's orders- Monitor outgoing international wires for OFAC hits/suspects- Perform callbacks to Respondent Customers to verify international wires over $500,000- Process Foreign wire Reconciliation with Partners- Initiate wire to Partners to fund FNBB account(s)- Perform research/investigations concerning wire compliance issues (including but not limited to non receipt, amendments, recalls, etc.)- Researches and assists in responding to any problems that customers encounter with International Payments- Monitor an Initiate SWIFT messages via the SWIFT Network- Upload Posting files into NetLink- Verify Document Pages are imported into NetLink- Monitor Outstanding International Transactions- Provide support to business development efforts regarding international payment service- Testing of enhancements to International Services- Provide Customer Training via Zoom or WebEx- Balancing of monthly analysis and commission reporting- Scan and save End of Day paperwork- Performs other tasks as assigned or required to ensure efficient flow of work within the department; assist in other areas of the department on an as needed basis.
