Partner with engineering and product management teams to ensure that designs are technically feasible, scalable, and implemented according to design specifications.
Identify design opportunities and actionable concepts that align customer needs with world-class design principles, and technical feasibility.
Advocate for design excellence and user-centered design practices, and communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to ensure consistency and coherence across products and services, and actively contribute to design reviews and critiques.
Work with developers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented and perform as expected across different devices and platforms.
Collaborate on designing iteratively - testing new solutions through experiments and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity-from scenario storytelling, wireframing, data visualization, click-through prototypes, animation, and motion design to functional prototypes and build-ready assets.
