Contract Administrator
The contract administrator will analyze and interpret a wide range of documentation. You will liaise with all levels of the company to analyze and determine a comprehensive contract strategy. You will develop and design standardized language and guidelines for contracts, and support project managers to ensure proper compliance with proposals and project execution.
To succeed in the role, you must possess superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts and identify potential risks contract changes may pose to the company. The contract administrator will ensure that all relevant documentation accompanies contracts and communicate with leadership as contracts need attention or are awaiting decisions.

  • Work with staff on all levels to facilitate and support development of a comprehensive contract strategy
  • Assist in developing and documenting standard language and guidelines for contracts
  • Review contracts for compliance with language standards
  • Obtaining contract-related information from relevant parties
  • Review contracts, verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies in line with company guidelines
  • Ensure proper documentation accompanies contracts, while maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Risk Management to ensure contract compliance
  • Provide assistance to Project Management on compliance issues with proposals and project execution
  • Assist in development and implementation of contract, subcontract, and vendor contract workflows
  • Prepare weekly reports on contract status, upcoming project renewals, and contract activities or issues


    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in contract administration, contract management, paralegal or related field
    • Proficient and competent in Microsoft Suite, as well as Adobe Acrobat
    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • Outstanding organizational skills, communication skills both written and verbal, and reading comprehension
    • Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
