Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Integrity Lead for their
Facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the peer review process for WRI-branded publications and
data products, ensuring they meet research standards
Provide support and guidance to staff in conducting high-quality
research and integrating research into program planning and
implementation
Foster a culture of excellence in research and design efficient and
effective review processes
Required Qualifications:
M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant social or natural sciences
discipline
12+ years of relevant research experience, with at least 2+ years
overseeing junior researchers
Demonstrated knowledge of research methods and experience
publishing in peer-reviewed venues
Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to diverse
research teams
Fluent in oral and written English, additional language skills are
a plus
