Using your leadership abilities, you will contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell's production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.--Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cGMP compliance
• Lead unit maintenance program
• Directly supervise production operators
• Drive productivity improvements
• Enforce quality compliance
• Drive culture of continuous improvement
• Employee Development-- Resource management in dynamic environment-- Talent management-- Review quality output and coach team improvements-- Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams-- Support Quality audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and regulatory auditsYou Must Have
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ Years Supervisory or Management Experience--
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee statusWe Value
    • 15 years + manufacturing experience
    • cGMP Experience
    • Efficient with SAP software
    • Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
    • Conveys information with clarity and directness
    • Relevant leadership experience
    • Computer literacy
