Director of MaintenanceThe maintenance director sets overall goals, sets policies and procedures, and implements programs to help the department meet OSHA requirements. They're in charge of the big-picture thinking for the department, but they also have to pay attention to the specifics, including how work is assigned and trackedEvery job within a school district is important! An HES custodian plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of school facilities, ensuring every school day runs smoothly and students can focus on learning. In addition to regular building maintenance functions, the school custodian provides direct support to classroom teachers in set up and maintenance of furniture and equipment.Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of our background check and fingerprint clearance.
