Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying risks
and offering solutions to our clients thereby adding value to the
project team. Regular communication is necessary to understand the
needs of our clients as well as each project. In-depth document
reviews and reviews of work on-site are required to fully
understand the risk associated with project cost, time, quality,
and conformance.
Responsibilities
Project document and cost reviews
Site inspections and preparation of monthly reports
Property physical needs assessments
Depreciated value reporting
Insurable value reporting
Cost consulting
Qualifications
College degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction
Management, or other relevant accreditations
Minimum of 3 years experience managing commercial construction
projects
Strong analytical, communication, and quantitative skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Detail-oriented
