About the Pricing Analyst II role: The Pricing Analyst II position administers the critical policies and processes around Sales Pricing Agreements, related to pricing, discounts & freight term management, for Hach's Regional accounts in multiple operating units around the globe. This role works in close collaboration with other members of the Global Pricing and Global Sales teams to assist with price/discount maintenance and testing tasks globally for many Hach systems, such as ERP, CRM, Quoting, and Web/eCommerce.+ Administers SPA processes that cover the special terms and discounts granted to customers or customer groups on a regional level (including pricing, discounts & special freight terms) for a global environment.+ Administers the approval process for SPA terms and verifies process compliance in alignment with Global Business Practices (SOX).+ Works with Sales leaders & Bids/Field Sales Support to establish, renew or terminate SPAs when necessary+ Reviews/resolves/responds to inquiries that come through functional mailboxes (SPA, Priceorder, etc.)+ Assists with Price and Discount Maintenance in ERP system for Hach and other brands+ Creates customer pricelists based on approved SPA prices/discounts when needed+ Assists with processes surrounding mass price adjustments, as needed+ Works with Punchout and e-Com customers (assists with User Testing when required)+ Utilizes Quote Tool and CPQ to validate pricing (assists with User Testing when required)+ DBS tools are used to continuously improve internal processes, foster process adherence, enable change, and share best practices.Critical Competencies/Leadership Anchors:+ Ability to communicate priorities and problems to stakeholders+ Can build trust and support with customers; dedicated to exceeding the expectations of both internal and external customers+ Identifies core customer needs/requirements; informs peers and Sales Application specialists+ Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations+ Builds global knowledge of the company, processes, and customers+ Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures+ Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities+ Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work+ Solves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents+ Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies+ Promotes collaboration within and across the business+ Leverages Danaher Business Systems and best demonstrated practices including focusing on the critical few, supporting the creation and implementation of standard work, managing actions plan and applying rigorous problems solving (PSP) tools+ Ability to see beyond today's challenges and bring a forward-thinking attitude to drive continuous improvement; including the ability to generate new ideas and process improvementsAre you qualified?+ AA, BS, or BA in business, pricing, accounting, finance, or a related work experience.+ 7 years of successful experience in sales, customer service, support, or commercial role+ Intermediate Microsoft Excel user skills. Will use Outlook and Word extensively. Beginner PowerPoint and Access preferred+ Extensive experience in ERP systems like Oracle and Infor. Must have a working knowledge of the full Quote to Order to Payment cycle. Order management experience required.+ Customer Service and/or Sales experience required+ Working knowledge of Salesforce.com/CPQ or other CRM+ Experience in Danaher Business System (DBS) preferred+ Effectively communicates in a global environment+ Proven experience working at various levels within a matrix organizationThe base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 per year. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
