COMPANY DRIVERS:

• New Pay Scale!
• Two Company Driver Options: Percentage or CPMPercentage: 27-30% of the Line HaulCPM: Up to 61 CPM, Before Bonuses
• Length of Service Pay - Increase 1/4 cpm mile every quarter up to max pay of 69 CPM12 mo. experience - 59CPM2 years experience - 60CPM3+ years experience - 61CPM
• Minimum load pay: $250/load
• $.02/mile Safety Bonus
• $.01/mile Performance Bonus
• Up to $.02/mile Fuel Bonus
• $3,000 Referral Bonus paid out over 6 months
• 1 additional Week Paid Vacation for every recruit
• BCBS Health Insurance
• Shop Pay, Holiday Pay, Detention Pay When Available
• Tarp Pay: $85 for standard loads / $100 for over-dimensional loads
• Tarping 55% of time
