--- Use a variety of analytical tools to document current business processes, understand business needs, and elicit business requirements from stakeholders.

--- Analyze user needs to determine functional and technical requirements for a wide variety of projects, highlighting areas of improvement.

--- Analyze operational or financial data to evaluate potential system and operational changes, including the implementation of third-party systems, or the development of custom applications.

--- Identify critical inter-dependencies across different systems and business processes to recommend solutions that reduce risk and create a seamless experience across our application landscape.

--- Partner with Product Owners and Development team to design, test, and implement new or enhanced systems that will solve business problems and improve operational processes.

--- Help manage stakeholder expectations during the project lifecycle by providing status reports, demos, and product reviews.
