Job Description:

Maintain equipment, and respond to and resolve service calls,
providing technical support and troubleshooting for Honeywell customers. The
products serviced include large commercial HVAC automation and controls systems
and the computer networks associated with these systems, Security Systems
including but not limited to Card access and Camera systems & Licensed Fire
Alarm Experience. Additional responsibilities include the technical delivery of
small service jobs, time and material work, and preventative maintenance.YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• -5+ years of experience with Building Automation Systems,
  Security and Fire Alarm
• -Good Customer Communication Skills
• Abilities for troubleshooting electrical wiring, interlock
  wiring, and software programming.
• -Valid driver's licenseWE VALUE - Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and
  diagrams.
  - Honeywell installed systems HVAC product knowledge.
  - Able to work in a fast-paced delivery environment to meet
  schedules.
  - Experience with system integration, networking, and software
  interfaces.
  - Expert knowledge of HVAC systems, control systems, mechanical
  system operation and building facilities.
  - Expert in any one area but possesses basic cross functional
  products and systems knowledge (HVAC, FIRE & SECURITY).
  - Expert network and integration abilities to be able to work on
  multiple protocols like BACnet, Modbus, OPC, LON, etc.
  - Ability to train, teach, mentor and coach Associate Install
  Technical Specialists and Install Technical Specialists and be the go-to person
  for complex system installations.
  - Tridium/BACnet experience
