      Business Information Consultant
      This position will operate on a hybrid Flex 1 schedule reporting 0-3 times a month to their local Pulse Point.
      Job Summary
      This is a hybrid role designed to support both project execution and data visualization. The Business Information Consultant will serve as an expert in project management and business/data analysis, to support consultative direction.
      Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:


      • Responsible for executing and establishing effective communication with stakeholders to lead project planning efforts: includes the formulation of project scope, definition of project deliverables, required delivery dates, creation of a logical work breakdown structure, and definition of major project milestones.


      • Leads project plans, requirements, risk identification & mitigation, or other support deemed within the project cycle.


      • Creates, monitors, tracks, and adjusts project plans based on critical milestones for a group of initiatives; Assists in development, then executes change management process and activities; Works with stakeholders to determine and align dependencies, and mitigation plans.


      • Creates and maintains data visualization to track above business performance.


      • Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.


      • Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.


      • Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports. May require developing appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.


      • Provides analytic consultation to other business areas, leadership, or external customers.


      • Manages multiple projects at once; including setting goals, establishing timelines, tracking and reporting progress.


        Minimum Requirements

        • Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

          Preferred Qualifications


          • Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software is strongly preferred.


          • Ability to manipulate large sets of data strongly preferred.


          • Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem solving skills strongly preferred.


          • 2+ years SQL is strongly preferred.


          • 3+ years conducting requirement gathering is preferred.


          • 3+ years working with PI technology and software feature design and enhancements is preferred.


          • Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and process modeling tools preferred.


          • Solid understanding of business operations and processes within Payment Integrity (Recovery Workflow Mgmt., Medical Record Workflow Mgmt., Correspondence/Letters Workflow Management, & Digital Orchestration) preferred.


          • Ability to adapt to changing technologies, evolving business needs, and emerging trends within the industry preferred.


            For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $86,160 to $155,088.
