Post Production Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Post Production Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and oversee media ingest and delivery requests, and audio mix and voice over scheduling
Manage a high volume of ingest and delivery requests, including asset identification and trafficking
Orchestrate post resources, systems, and personnel to accommodate shifting priorities across partners

Required Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in a high-volume production and/or post-production environment
Working knowledge of post-production scheduling and/or administrative software
Technical proficiency with media file formats, file transfer platforms, and file management workflows
Experience with Avid, Adobe CS, a plus
