Overview
The Sr. Staff Supply Chain Analyst must work to improve the Supply
Chain business using a mix of reporting, data analysis, and
research to provide insights that drive change and improvement. The
best candidate will be able to ascertain the true needs of the
business, and drive methods for meeting those needs. This person
will be able to transfer input from across the functions into
usable data and business requirements.
Responsibilities
Own significant and complex projects by analyzing data and
incorporating intangibles and qualitative factors to influence
decision making.
Prepare and present data to the executive leadership team. Ability
to analyze data and then to tell the story.
Create formal networks to coordinate problem solving outside of the
immediate team, especially when outcomes may hit multiple
functions.
Collaborate with the VP of Supply Chain and Supply Chain leadership
team to understand operational issues in their businesses, and
develop analysis, tools, reporting and insights to address these
issues.
Deliver sustainable business improvements by conducting analysis on
performance trends and driving strategic initiatives.
Develop dashboards and reports to drive fluency in Sunrun KPIs
across the company.
Monitor metrics and perform ad hoc analysis to identify business
opportunities & risks and generate actionable insights.
Lead benchmarking analysis to industry & best practice
organizations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 12 years work experience in an analytical role with
progressively increasing responsibility or equivalent
experience
5+ years operations focused experience including;
Ability to independently build new methodology and procedures and
teach best practices
Experience presenting data for Senior Management and operational
stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex
issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
Ability to organize data, design analyses, and distill insights out
of structured and unstructured data.
Experience manipulating data (cleaning, merging, transforming,
analyzing) using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, R and
Python.
Advanced skills with a range of database, analytics and
visualization software and tools such as Snowflake SQL and
Tableau.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in
dealing with senior management.
Have broad knowledge of Supply Chain and corporate structure to
understand cross-functional touch points.
Ability to independently build new methodology and procedures and
teach best practices

salary range for this opportunity which may be higher or lower.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$92,183.18 to $122,910.90
Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based
on company and individual performance, short and long term
incentives, and program-specific awards. Sunrun provides a variety
