Job Description:

The Systems Support Analyst ensures successful completion of company objectives at the infrastructure level. The main focus of the Systems Support Analyst is asset procurement, maintenance, documentation and support internal cyber security initiatives. Primary Job FunctionsProvide Tier 2 Technical Support for internal company systems.Monitor and support LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems.Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases and other systems.Supports Virtualized Machines and Systems (ESXi and Hyper-V) for configuration and testing.Analyze and determine both off the shelf and custom software to advance company requirements related to infrastructure.Tests, troubleshoots and provides solutions to technical problems with minimal assistance.Support internal IT requirements such as computer and printer setup / troubleshooting, network configuration, security and user access as required.Modifies and maintains existing and new internal systems.Develop Requirements and Specifications documents.Develop Test Plans and User Documentation for all supported systems. Secondary Job FunctionsDevelop and support Office365 platform, .NET C++, C#, Visual Basic, Java, HTML applications.Database and SQL Stored Procedure development.Support customer applications as necessary.
