Job Description We are seeking a Property Manager Residential / LICENSED Real Estate Agent to join our growing team You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients. You will be managing rental properties, leasing rental properties along with listing and selling real estate. This is a dynamic position that be rewarding and have opportunity for growth. Salary Commission. Part time and/ or Full Time positions open in our Baton Rouge office. Must have a Real Estate License. (Listing rentals and sales listings) Responsibilities: Property Management of assigned properties Handle Tenant and Owner Communication Determine the rent price Prepare vacant units Advertise rental vacancies Screen and approve tenants Prepare and enforce a lease agreement Handle tenant complaints and issues Collect and adjust the rent Carry out property maintenance and repairs List and sell residential or commercial real estate Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers Host open houses and other events Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Verify and disclose property facts to clients Leasing and working with renters Qualifications: Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Louisiana Real Estate License is required.
