Inside Sales CoordinatorInside Sales Rep with Manufacturing experience needed for a leading manufacturer in Baton Rouge. Permanewnt position paying 21-23/hr, great benefits, matching 401k, etc. Requirements:

  • 2+ years with sales experience (industry experience a plus).
  • High-level of initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience following processes, exhibiting strong follow-through, managing time and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Familiarity and understanding of sales cycles (short and long)
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
  • Experience with CRMs Or Other Contact Management System.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in an open setting.
  • Solid knowledge and experience of computer-based applications: MS Office; LinkedIN.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be organized, creative, independent and self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, detail-oriented and driven by excellence.
  • Must be able to adjust tasks and focus with poise, and in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities.Job Description: This position will:
    • Manages the sample process for custom samples and stock samples.
    • Handling administrative duties for the Sales Team.
    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements.
    • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate personnel for further development and closure.
    • Attend in person and/or virtual visits with the NAE as needed
    • Train with the NAE to learn company products and processes in order to take on more sales responsibilities such as lead generation, prospecting, and sales calls.
    • Book hotels and dinners/parties for Trade Shows
    • Assist with packing and preparing for Trade Shows including registration
    • Assist with marketing when needed.Performance Measures:
      • Sales Growth
      • Follow Up & Execution
      • Sample Process Management
      • Teamwork/Attitude/Communication
      • Attendance/Dependability
        • Sample process management, cross-departmental.
          • Creation of Sample spec sheets, including the creation of custom materials, coffee, Sample BOMs and Sample FG.
          • New Customer set-up in IQMS and forms needed.
            • Execute Credit Application and terms
            • Supplier GuaranteeTravel: Travel, as needed, to attend Industry and Customer Events and Sales Opportunities
