Job Description:
Johnson Controls, a leader in smart building technologies, is
looking for a Commercial HVAC Account Executive to join our dynamic
sales team in the HVAC wholesale industry. This role is ideal for a
driven sales professional who excels in client relationship
management and strategic selling. As an Account Executive, you will
leverage your industry knowledge to drive sales growth by
developing market strategies, managing client accounts, and
delivering tailored solutions that meet the complex needs of
clients while enhancing building efficiency and sustainability.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales
targets Identify and secure new business opportunities while
managing and growing existing client relationships Provide expert
advice and solutions on HVAC systems tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Maintain detailed knowledge of market trends, competitor
activities, and product developments Deliver presentations and
proposals to various stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure client needs are met with timely and effective solutions
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Expertise in HVAC systems and market
dynamics Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Ability
to manage multiple projects and relationships effectively Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from
organizations such as ASHRAE (American Society of Heating,
Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) or similar is highly
preferred
