We are hiring for a Sales and Business Development Manager! The JTT Fireproofing Division (headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA) provides the state of the art fire protection coating necessary to protect the structural steel and process equipment running inside these industrial plants. Established in 1906, we are the leading industrial fireproofing contractor for both shop and field fireproofing in North America. With over 1,000 employees and 13 offices strategically located throughout North America, we have achieved great success and growth, and is now comprised of separate Shop and Field Fireproofing Divisions. We are a certified applicator nationwide of all major types of fire protection: intumescent, lightweight cementitious, and concrete. We offer a full turnkey solution for any Industrial Fireproofing project by supplying both the fire protection coating on the front end of fabrication as well as closer to capital completion after erection in the field. Our Shop and Field Fireproofing Division and project management is capable of meeting all the customers needs. Our sales team is the key to getting a project in the hands of our project team! As a key member of the sales team, it is your responsibility to connect the project team with both customers and projects. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business processes and familiarize yourself with the technical details of the fire protection industry. You will be the front line for building new relationships and finding out about new projects. You will need to stay abreast of current industry news, customers, and competitors. We put our customers first! Our customers consist of structural steel fabricators, large EPC firms, and owners in these industries. Alongside the Shop and Field Operation Managers, you will be responsible for organizing and executing a focused sales plan to best reach these customers. An excited and grateful customer for a project expertly delivered from beginning to end is a most satisfying undertaking. The industries requiring fire protection are one of great recent and future growth and are where a huge amount of the investment money is currently being spent in the US. We are looking for the next successful sales manager that will be able to meet our lofty goals of continued growth and success. The Fireproofing Division has a high success rate once JTT is provided an opportunity to bid a project. You can help us find our next major project!
