Job Description:
We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead complex Battery Energy
Storage System (BESS) projects from design through construction. In
this role, you’ll oversee safety, scope, schedule, and budget,
ensuring all project deliverables meet our high QA/QC standards.
You’ll collaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams,
subcontractors, and clients to deliver innovative power and energy
solutions that strengthen the modern grid. Responsibilities: Manage
the full project life cycle for BESS projects, including safety,
budget, and risk management. Oversee project designs, Bill of
Materials (BOM), and construction requirements. Coordinate across
internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project
milestones. Develop proposals, schedules, and material lists.
Provide project updates and ensure quality deliverables through
engineering reviews. Travel to client and vendor sites as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction
Management , or a related field (preferred). 5 years of project
management experience in BESS, power delivery, or utility
infrastructure . Strong skills in cost/schedule management ,
communication, and leadership. Proven ability to manage multiple
complex, cross-functional projects.
