Why You'll Love This Role: - 34-bed, Level III NICU - diverse acuity and case variety - Collaborative 2 Neonatologist / 4 NNP model - NNPs in-house 24 hours a day - Home call for Neonatologists after rounds - 1,500-2,000 deliveries annually - Newborn nursery rounds - NNP-led transport team (physician covers in-house during transports) You'll be part of a collegial, evidence-based team focused on quality-driven protocols and continuous improvement in neonatal care.
